According to sources, the rumored HTC Primo will be named the One V during its official unveiling at MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona later this month.
It looks like the Taiwanese phone manufacturer will be changing the names of a number of its handsets at MWC. HTC’s superphone the Endeavor will be named the One X. The HTC Ville will be named the One S, and the Primo will be named the One V.
According to Pocket Lint’s sources, the HTC One V will sport Beats Audio technology by Dr Dre just like the Sensation XE and XL. For now, these are all just rumors, so take this information with a pinch of salt. Furthermore, it will be aimed towards men like the HTC Rhyme is aimed towards women.
Specs are currently unofficial. According to reports, the One V will sport a 3.7 inch display and pack a 1 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM under the hood. It will also ship running Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest version of Android.
