Can’t get enough of smartphones rocking massive touchscreens and extremely slim profiles? If this is the case, then you’re going to love the new HTC Sensation XL. XL doesn’t even begin to describe this monster. It rocks a 4.7 inch display and is a mere 9.9 mm slim. It also sports Beats Audio Technology by Dr. Dre.Image may be NSFW.

We once thought that 4.3 inch touchscreen on the HTC Sensation and its upgraded version the Sensation XE was massive. However, the 4.7 inch Super LCD touchscreen on this new HTC super phone is jaw-dropping.
On the back is an 8 megapixel camera. The camera sports a low light sensor, which will allow you to snap high-quality photos and high-definition videos in poor lighting conditions.
What’s disappointing is the 1.5 GHz Scorpion single-core processor Qualcomm MSM8255 chipset under the hood and the limited 16 GB of internal storage. What’s even more disappointing is that you will only get to use a little bit over 12 GB of storage. There are no card slots, which mean you will not get to use a microSD.
It’s no surprise that the smartphone will be powered the Android OS version 2.3 (Gingerbread). Slapped on top of Gingerbread will be the Sense version 3.5 UI.
For head-splitting bass, the phone will come with Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. The handset will also sport specialized software that will further enhance your audio experience.
In spite of the phone’s massive display and hardware, the HTC Sensation XL is only a mere 9.9 mm thick. So, portability and handling shouldn’t be an issue.
